Welcome to my World!

Thank you so much for stopping by. I hope that we can become great friends! This blog is my second home, a place to share the bits and pieces of my life. I hope it will bring a smile to your face and a little bit of inspiration. I've always known I had a creative side but I wasn't sure how to express it. Two years ago I fell in love with photography and I was finally able to unleash my creative & artistic side. I just love capturing those beautiful faces! Each face & smile tells such a unique story. Plus, I love meeting new friends. Do I have my dream job? YES!

Future model??? | Las Vegas Child Urban Photographer

I think so! This adorable little girl did soo well in front of the camera that I know she could be a model. She pulled off so many different looks and made me smile. I love how much personality she brought to the table.

Someone had a birthday! | Las Vegas Baby Photographer

Birthdays….the best day of the year if you are a child!! I remember having a pinata at my birthday parties and I could not wait to have a go at it. I remember family getting together for an outdoor bbq and kids running around & laughing. I am hispanic which means that no matter how old your kid turns, you throw them a big party. So birthdays for me were a big social gathering every month! And I loved it. It was a great excuse to get together with my cousins and play. I can’t remember whose birthday it was, I must have been 6 or 7, but after someone’s party was “over” all of the kids got together as the sun was setting and played hide & go seek. One of the bedroom closets had a mini compartment way on top that I was able to squeeze in to. They never found me! hehe What do birthday parties mean to you?

I can’t wait to have children of my own someday. I doubt their birthday parties will be a huge social event but they will be filled with loved ones and fun activities for the kiddos. After all, we are celebrating their birthday! lol

Boy do they grow… | Urban Kid Sessions Las Vegas

I‘ve been able to photograph this little guy for the past two years. It wasn’t until our Urban Kid Session that I realized he is all grown up. He is no longer that little boy. He just grew out of nowhere. You can tell they are maturing when they can pull off soo many different expressions soo well…

I never thought he could pull off a serious look…I was wrong..

And this one just cracks me up…

And this last one is probably one of the few baby faces I will get from him, now that he is getting bigger…

I‘ve had the pleasure of photographing this cute girl ever since she was a newborn. Just when you think they can’t get any cuter, they do!! She is so full of energy and made the session a lot of fun. Not to mention the workout I got chasing her around! Here are a few favorites…

First Up…Jaydon | Las Vegas Urban Children Photographer

I am so excited to finally get one of our urban sessions blogged!!!!! As you can tell from my lack of blogging this week, it has been a busy week! So many amazing children sessions to edit and so many beautiful faces to photograph. And that beautiful cool spring weather, love it! Can it be spring all year around?

I know a lot of you are anxious to see your child’s urban session. I promise that they are awesome! I myself am anxious to edit them, but I have to keep up with my weekly work so editing them has been slow. So pretty please be patient as I go through everyone’s images. Also, I photographed some of the kids at the same location so I will be shuffling them around so that I am not blogging the same location time after time.

Back to our model. Jaydon. I haven’t seen him in over a year and it is amazing how much he has grown. He is a very timid boy at first, but once you get to know him you realize how much he rocks! I was so happy that he let me in so that I could see that goofy, fun loving boy that he is. Thanks Jaydon! You are a rockstar in my book =)
